Top Dodgers, Yankees cards to collect during World Series, according to PSA

While Shohei Ohtani cards are the most collected baseball cards on the market, here’s a look at other top Dodgers and Yankees to collect during the 2024 World Series.

Coming off his historic 50/50 season, Shohei Ohtani is the most collected baseball player in the world and one of the top athletes across all sports.

But he’s not the only player in the 2024 World Series who has captured the attention of baseball card collectors. While Ohtani and Yankees star Aaron Judge lead the way, there are other Dodgers and Yankees stars whose cards are highly sought after by collectors.

Card grading giant PSA has compiled a list of the five most collected Dodgers and Yankees players in this year’s Fall Classic, based on cards graded.

According to PSA, which grades nearly 75 percent of all trading cards in the U.S., the number of baseball cards submitted to PSA is has increased significantly over last season, with 400,000 more cards graded in 2024 compared to 2023.

Here’s a look at the *most collected Dodgers and Yankees players in this year’s World Series.

Shohei Ohtani (111,981 cards graded)

Ohtani is the most collected baseball player of the year, the No. 4 athlete across all sports, and the No. 5 most collected athlete of all time, according to PSA.
