Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell Pirates autographs highlight Lelands Summer Auction
In 1964, Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente had another All-Star year, leading the National League with 211 hits and a .339 average and making his fifth All-Star team.
The Pittsburgh Pirates had two other All-Stars and future Hall of Famers that season, with young slugger Willie Stargell batting .273 with 21 home runs and 78 RBI while longtime Pittsburgh star Bill Mazeroski continued to be a steady contributor for the Pirates.
The signatures of all three Baseball Hall of Famers are featured on a special team-signed sheet that includes 27 autographs of the 1964 Pirates. The autograph sheet is up for bid in the Summer Pop-Up Auction at Lelands.
