Forrest Gregg Packers collection highlights Fall Auction at Lelands

The personal collection of Pro Football Hall of Famer Forrest Gregg, including his Super Bowl rings, headline the Fall Auction at Lelands.

As one of the greatest offensive linemen of all time, Packers great Forrest Gregg anchored the Vince Lombardi teams that won five NFL championships, including the first two Super Bowls.

The personal collection of the seven-time All-Pro and Pro Football Hall of Famer headlines the Lelands Fall Classic Auction, which runs through Dec. 6.

After 14 seasons with the Packers, Gregg closed out his career with the Cowboys in 1971, winning his third Super Bowl. He later served as a head coach of the Browns, Bengals and Packers.

His personal memorabilia collection includes his NFL Championship rings and three Super Bowl rings. The collection was consigned by the Gregg family.

Gregg’s collection includes his Packers 1961 and 1965 NFL Championship rings; 1962 Championship wristwatch (awarded in lieu of a ring); his Packers Super Bowl I (1966) and II (1967) rings; and his 1971 Cowboys Super Bowl VI ring.

Other Gregg highlights include: a Packers game-worn jersey (photo-matched) and game-worn helmet; Packers player contracts; Cowboys game-worn helmet; 1977 NFL Hall of Fame gold jacket and induction ring; and 1981 Bengals AFC Championship ring.

• 2000 Playoff Contenders Rookie Ticket #144 Tom Brady Autograph card (BGS 6.5, auto 10)

• A hobby-fresh 1964 Hank Aaron Milwaukee Braves game-worn jersey (MEARS A8.5)

• 1939 Baseball Hall of Fame induction program signed by nine of the 11 living inductees.

• 1954 Topps Baseball unopened pack (PSA 5).

• 1933 American League All-Star team signed baseball (PSA) with Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Jimmie Foxx.

• Rare 1948 Leaf Baseball unopened wax pack graded (PSA 5).

• 1965-69 Roberto Clemente Pirates game-used bat (PSA GU 9).

• Circa 1925 Ty Cobb Tigers game-used bat (MEARS A9).
• 1954 Cobb-signed handwritten anger-driven letter (PSA 9).

Also featured is a newly discovered full ticket (PSA VG3) and program from Michael Jordan’s first Chicago-area game on Oct. 9, 1984 and a 1987-88 Jordan game-worn Bulls jersey (MEARS A10). The auction also features the collection of Jordan’s personal bodyguard and “Last Dance” star John Michael Wozniak, including his 1996 and 1997 NBA Championship rings, Jordans personally used golf clubs, game-worn White Sox/Barons pants and other Jordan personal items.
