eBay launches new digital price guide for sports cards
Collectibles marketplace eBay has launched a new digital price guide for sports cards.
The My eBay app uses eBay marketplace data as well as external data to produce analysis of current sports card pricing, from base cards to high-end parallels.

My eBay can be accessed through the eBay app (see “Scan Cards” in the Shortcuts menu). Users can scan sports cards with the phone cameras to compare prices and find other relevant information.
“Collectors rely on accurate comps to make smart buying, selling, and trading decisions,” said Adam Ireland, VP & GM, Global Collectibles at eBay. “Our new Price Guide for sports trading cards brings relevant data together in one place, offering a clearer view of everything from rarity to real market value. We’ll continue to test and refine the experience, but we’re very excited to get this in front of collectors and make sure it delivers what our community needs.”
The app allows collectors to price both raw and graded cards, offering two years of first-party eBay sales data, including Best Offer accepted prices updated within the last 24 hours. Collectors can access both sold and active listings and view PSA pop reports.
Collectors can also list cards for sale, shop active listings or add scanned cards to “My Collection” to track their value over time or list for sale.
eBay is continuing to test the My eBay feature and refining the user experience. The new price guide is available to everyone in the U.S. and a seller account is not required. There are no costs or subscription fees and no usage limits.
eBay is also testing the availability of pricing data directly on the “View Item” page of sports card listings, which buyers will begin seeing over the next few weeks.
