Topps Releases 2012 Bowman Baseball Details

Bowman Baseball is among the most coveted ets of the year, with the big draw being autographs of recently drafted players making their debuts on cards.

One of the most anticipated baseball sets of the year is quickly approaching – and Topps is rolling out the details on 2012 Bowman Baseball. As usual, the product is filled with players selected in last year's draft, giving many collectors their first glimpse at these players and the first shot at their autographs.

Each pack will contain five 2012 Bowman Baseball cards, two Prospects, two Bowman Chrome prospects and one base gold parallel card. The product is expected to be delivered the week of May 4.

Every box will have one autograph and one of the major autograph highlights are the Bowman Black Collection that features autographs in silver ink (25 subjects numbered to 25 or less - hobby only). Another autograph draw will be the autographed rookie originals that feature autographed buybacks of players that never had a Bowman autographed prospect card. These will be numbered to 25.

And if you want to go a step further, there will be AFLAC High School All American autographs.

There will also be a wrapper redemption program where if you redeem 24 hobby wrapper, you receive an exclusive five-card pack of blue wave refractors. There will also be numerous parallels, refractors and other specialties Bowman Baseball is known for.
