A New York Yankees grand slam headlines Premier Auctions' April 19 sale. The 800-lot auction boasts a dual-signed Babe Ruth-Lou Gehrig ball from 1929, a Roger Maris single-signed ball, a Mickey Mantle signed vintage glove and a Joe DiMaggio signed homeplate framed display.

Among the other top items on the docket are a Ty Cobb signed bat and photo, 1950s New York Giants traveling trunk (pictured), a Knute Rockne signed 8-by-10 photo (at right) and items from the estate of Harry Dalton, who was the general manager for Baltimore, California and Milwaukee.

"The auction will have a great selection of items at all price points and tastes, including a large selection of framed/ready to display items," said Premier Auctions' Matthew Palermo.

The Dalton estate includes several publications, including fiscal reports for the American League during the 1970s, World Series and All-Star pins from the mid-1950s to the 1970s, more than 300 yearbooks and media guides, and several unique photos, including several All-Star teams.

Other baseball-related items in the auction are a Roberto Clemente single-signed ball, a 500 Home Run Club ball, a Sandy Koufax-Don Drysdale ball, several large index card lots (more than 500 cards each), several lots of tough deceased players' cut signatures (1920s-50s), a Mickey Cochrane signed book, several Triple Crown signed items from Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams (at left), Carl Yastrzemski and Frank Robinson, a Jackie Robinson signed 8-by-10 and a Johnny Bench signed game-used bat (MEARS).

The auction will also feature more than 50 lots of signed trading cards from the 1930s-70s, two Muhammad Ali signed baseballs, several lots of Ali-signed photos, an original Ali artwork lithograph and golf items from Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tiger Woods.
