Gotta Have It Baseball Auction Ends Tomorrow

Gotta Have It is celebrating the new baseball season with a special auction – most of it consisting of baseball memorabilia – that ends Friday, April 13.

Gotta Have It Collectibles announced its latest sports collectibles auction – the 2012 Opening Day Baseball Celebration Sports Memorabilia Auction, live now at Gottahaveit.com. Bidding ends April 13.

A targeted, special auction from Gotta Have It, the sale will feature 150 lots that offer a variety of items from all sports for both the beginner and the most advanced collector.

This auction also offers the opportunity to acquire unique items from the collection of Nik Kleinberg, the founding director of photography at both Sports Illustrated For Kids and ESPN The Magazine, and former photo editor for Sport Magazine.

  • Three Ty Cobb handwritten letters, including one signed twice

  • 1960-61 Boston Celtics NBA Champions team-signed stationery
  • Three signed Michael Jordan basketballs from Sports Illustrated For Kids photo shoot and three signed magazines
  • Large collection of original Ozzie Sweet photographs
  • Charles Barkley game-worn basketball shorts decorated with hearts from Sports Illustrated for Kids magazine shoot
  • Vintage cards from Mickey Mantle’s personal baseball card collection
  • Derek Jeter “rookie era” signed game-used baseball bat
  • Double Ebbets Field seats.
