World Series Bobbleheads limited to 1,000 available for purchase
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum recently unveiled 12 bobbleheads commemorating MLB teams that have won multiple World Series Championships. The bobbleheads, which will be individually numbered to only 1,000, are only available in the National Bobblehead HOF and Museum’s Online Store. These are the first bobbleheads that commemorate all of the World Series titles for each team.
Each bobblehead features the team’s mascot with replica World Series trophies representing each of the teams’ World Series titles. The bobbleheads feature a commemorative backing that lists the years of each teams’ championships.
The bobbleheads are part of an exclusive series by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum commemorating MLB World Series Champions. Bobbleheads featuring World Series Champions and their mascots were not produced until 2001, and no bobbleheads have been produced commemorating all championships for each franchise. The St. Louis Cardinals and Boston Red Sox bobbleheads were released earlier this year, while bobbleheads commemorating the World Series titles for the Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, Kansas City Royals, Miami Marlins, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, Oakland Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, San Francisco Giants and Toronto Blue Jays were recently unveiled.
“These bobbleheads are the perfect way for die-hard fans to commemorate their team’s World Series titles,” said Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. “These will be cherished collectibles that bring back great memories of championship seasons.”
The officially licensed bobbleheads are expected to ship in February. They cost $40 each, with flat rate shipping of $8. All bobbleheads in the series were produced exclusively for the National Bobblehead HOF by Forever Collectibles and are officially licensed.
