Panini Says Flores Redemptions Coming
The redemptions for Wilmer Flores have finally arrived back to the Panini headquarters, which means collectors should see them in their mailboxes soon.
Panini America said redemptions for New York Mets’ shortstop prospect Wilmer Flores should arrive soon. Redemptions for Flores signatures were inserted into 2008 Donruss products – Threads, Elite Extra Edition, Americana Sports Legends and Contenders.
“Our acquisitions team deserves a lot of credit for staying on top of this and for their continued pursuit of the signatures, even after Flores left the country after last season and after he had changed agents during the offseason,” said Mike Payne, brand manager for Panini America.
