Rob Rosen Joins Heritage Auctions Staff

Heritage Auctions has announced that Rob Rosen, one of the nation’s leading dealers in high-end sports collectibles, has accepted a position with the auction house as vice president of Private Sales & Consignments for the Heritage Sports Department.

Rob and his family have relocated from their Florida home to be near the Heritage Auctions world headquarters in Dallas, but he will maintain his website, www.BabeRuthAutographs.com.

Rob earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School before he began his professional career as the Regional Director of Promotion and Marketing for Atlantic Records, working with artists like Hootie and the Blowfish, Matchbox Twenty, Phil Collins and Jewel. He quickly realized, though, that he enjoyed his avocation far more than his vocation and retired from the music business to dedicate himself full time to the sports collectibles market.

Since making this switch, Rob has been involved in some of the most significant transactions in sports collectibles history, buying and selling millions of dollars in value of the hobby’s greatest treasures. His vast hobby knowledge and clientele will further enhance Heritage Sports’ standing as the industry leader.
