It’s something old and something new to lead off Mile High Card Company’s July Auction. Babe Ruth leads the way with a pair of rare and coveted Ruth cards: a 1916 D350-1 Standard Biscuit #151 Babe Ruth PSA 2 and a 1917 H801-8 Boston Store #147 Babe Ruth SGC 3.5. Those cards are joined by a trio of the most important cards produced in the 21st century: 2000 Playoff Contenders #144 Tom Brady Rookie Ticket Autographed SGC 10, 2009 Bowman Chrome DP & Pros Autos Gold Refractor Mike Trout 04/50 PSA 9 AUTO 10, and 2013 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection #R11 Giannis Antetokounmpo Rookie Auto-Violet 1/1 PSA 8.
More than 1,200 lots will be available for bidding with the usual assortment of high-grade sports cards and memorabilia that puts MHCC at the forefront of the hobby.
“It’s a very good auction,” said MHCC CEO and President Brian Drent, “There’s a wide variety of material to view here and we feel strongly that everyone will find something worth pursuing.”
The auction opens June 24 and concludes on July 11.
