Collect Auctions’ next sale will end Thursday, April 7. Among the highlights are a fantastic collection of unopened vending boxes across all of the major sports.

Collect Auctions bidding is live with the current auction ending April 7. The auction, which can be viewed at www.collectauctions.com, has a strong mix of vintage sports cards, autographs and game-used items, while featuring an unprecedented selection of unopened vending boxes from all four major sports, led by 1968-69 Topps Hockey, 1971 Topps Series 1 Football and 1970 Topps Series 1 Football boxes.

Although the unopened products take the lead, Collect Auctions has plenty more to offer. There’s a one-of-a-kind photo and negative collection from the 1962 Syracuse Braves vs. Boston Bruins Exhibition Game from the Robert Stevenson estate, which features never-before seen images of Phil Esposito early in his career. Also look for a Willie McCovey game-used bat attributed to his 500th home run; a dual-signed Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig baseball; three 1955 Bowman three-card Sales Panels, including one with Hank Aaron; three impressive Ty Cobb signatures, including a full-page color magazine photo graded PSA/DNA 9; a Lou Gehrig and Bump Hadley dual-signed photo; two Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris dual-signed photos, including one signed by both in 1964; and a James Monroe and John Quincy Adams dual-signed Four Language Ships Papers from 1829.

There’s a strong selection of game-used items in the April 7 auction also. There’s a 1965-68 Roberto Clemente Hillerich & Bradsby game-used bat graded PSA/DNA 7, along with a 1955-56 Ernie Banks H&B game-used bat and a 1964 Al Kaline H&B game-used bat with excellent use. The auction also has game-used bats from Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Frank Robinson, Nolan Ryan, Rocky Colavito, Tony Oliva, Wade Boggs, Mark McGwire, Jim Gentile and more. Game-used jerseys from Derek Jeter, Manny Ramirez, Tony Gwynn, Nolan Ryan, Lenny Dykstra, John Montefusco, Michael Vick and Alonzo Mourning, along with game-used hockey sticks from Bobby Orr and Phil Esposito.
