Sports card marketplace COMC has partnered with PSA to offer a grading submission service for customers.

COMC (Check Out My Cards) customers can now designate new and existing raw cards for PSA grading and authentication. COMC has more than 30 million ungraded cards in its marketplace.

The partnership allows COMC customers to bypass the usual submission steps and paperwork. COMC customers have the option to submit ungraded cards for PSA’s standard service levels. COMC will migrate card details, prepare cards for grading, handle shipping logistics and relay order-tracking updates directly within the COMC platform.

“For years, one of our most frequent customer requests has been to offer direct-to-PSA grading, and I’m excited to announce this feature as a huge advancement for COMC’s mission of optimizing joy for collectors,” COMC CEO Tim Getsch said. “Full-service PSA grading is big for the COMC community, and I’m looking forward to this partnership’s continued evolution.”

Once the PSA authentication process is complete, newly-graded cards will be returned to COMC accounts, where collectors can vault, sell or ship them to buyers. Pricing is set by COMC and grading promotions offered by PSA are currently not applicable.

“It’s an ideal pairing for collectors — especially those who’d prefer to outsource the logistics or submit a few cards on a whim,” PSA President Ryan Hoge said. “PSA enjoys many hobby relationships, but only COMC brings such an ocean of ungraded cards to explore. We can’t wait to see what new gems will surface.”
