Collectable, eBay form partnership to expand platforms, vault

Fractional investment firm Collectable is teaming up with eBay to celebrate collectibles and trading cards as alternative assets and to expand Collectable’s growing platform.

The new partnership will also provide additional awareness about eBay’s new infrastructure, tools and technology to secure collectible assets in their secure vault.

The partnership will begin at Art Basel 2022 at the SCOPE Art Show in Miami from Nov. 29-Dec 4. Collectable and eBay will jointly display iconic collectibles, including assets on Collectable and cards slated for the eBay vault. Other key pieces include legendary rapper Snoop Dogg’s auction inventory, sneakers, comics, video games, art and more.

Collectable and eBay will be hosting a slew of events, including a high-end collectors dinner and a “Culture is Collectable” party at the W in Miami.

To celebrate the Art Basel partnership, Collectable has curated assets to be displayed at SCOPE that are available for sale on eBay .

Collectable and eBay will also curate a high-end auction in conjunction with The MINT Collective in March 2023. In addition, Collectable has committed more than $5 million of iconic, graded sports cards to the eBay Vault.
