Jeter commemoratives big hit for Photo File Inc.

Photo File, Inc. reported stronger than expected sales for their higher-priced items commemorating Derek Jeter’s historic 2,722nd hit.

“We expected strong sales of photos of Jeter’s historic hit, but we have been pleasantly surprised with the demand for our higher priced items such as plaques and framed photos,” said Rob Golove, vice president of marketing.

“Following the success of action shots from the historic game, our design team immediately created an entire line celebrating Jeter’s momentous achievement. We wanted to offer price points to address everyone’s budget. Products include not only 8-by-10 photos but also enlargements, limited-edition photos, photo plaques and framed photos.”
