Topps introduces Hobby Express, a Home Team Advantage program designed to simplify and expedite the process for customers who are missing hits (autographs, relics, refractors) by giving HTA hobby shops direct and speedy access to our Topps customer service team.
If you are missing a hit from a Topps product purchased at a Topps HTA hobby shop, all you need to do is return to the shop with the box or the serial number from inside the box. You no longer need to mail pack wrappers, receipts, etc. to Topps, nor do you need to contact our customer service team directly.
For HTA shop owners:
If you haven’t been already, you will soon be provided with all of the information you need for direct access to our customer service team through Topps Hobby Express. To be eligible for the program, the Topps products must be purchased directly through Topps or a Topps distributor. Your customers will now be assured that if they purchase Topps products from your store, their hits are guaranteed. If they are missing they will be replaced in a convenient, no hassle way.
