Tom Brady
Brady, LeBron, Mahomes cards each sell for six figures at PWCC
Tom Brady, LeBron James and Patrick Mahomes. All three are not only superstars on the field, but in the sports collectible hobby as well.
And all three have recently made headlines and reached career milestones. Brady, the greatest quarterback in NFL history, recently retired for the second time. LeBron just broke Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s NBA scoring record. And Mahomes just won his second Super Bowl, leading the Kansas City Chiefs over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.
Rare cards from the three sports legends highlighted the February Premier Auction at PWCC Marketplace last week, each topping six figures in the $9.1 million auction.
LeBron’s 2003 Exquisite Collection Limited Logos Rookie Patch Auto card, numbered /75 and graded PSA 10, sold for $504,000. Of the 75 copies of the card, this is one of only three graded PSA 10.
