Goldin Co. sold a rare LeBron James Triple Logoman card for $2.4 million last month.
Now it has another Triple Logoman card featuring three NBA legends that could top that price.
The 2006 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Triple Logoman card features Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant and three game-used Logoman patches. The 1/1 card is graded PSA Authentic.
The card, which had a starting bid of $750,000, is available for bidding as part of Goldin’s National Elite auction, with Goldin CEO Ken Goldin predicting it could surpass $3 million. It topped $1.25 million shortly after bidding opened on July 21.
The card will also be on display at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Atlantic City July 27-31.
"Jordan, Kobe and LeBron are three of the most influential athletes ever, and elevated basketball to the global game that it is today. For 30 years those names have been synonymous with championships and greatness," Goldin said. "The idea of owning this card is a dream for collectors and basketball fans everywhere."
Goldin also has another Triple Logoman card featuring Golden State Warriors stars Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green in its July auction. The 1/1 2020 Panini Flawless card has a starting bid of $250,000.
