Michael Jordan jersey, signed Shohei Ohtani rookie cards highlight Goldin December auction

Goldin’s 2024 December Elite Auction features historic memorabilia across all sports, including a Michale Jordan game-worn jersey and rookie cards signed by MLB superstar Shohei Ohtani.

Among the highlights are a 1998 Michael Jordan game-used and signed Chicago Bulls home jersey. Jordan wore the jersey in two games during his 1997-98 “Last Dance” final championship season. It has a current bid of $165,000.

The auction opened on Dec. 11th and runs through Dec. 28.

Other top basketball collectibles include:

2024 Panini Select WNBA Caitlin Clark Rookie Card (#1/1). Goldin just set a record for the highest sale for a Caitlin Clark card, with a 2024 Panini Select WNBA Signatures Gold Vinyl signed #1/1 rookie card (PSA 10) selling for $234,850. Another Panini Select #1/1 card has a current bid of $8,000.

• A Kobe Bryant and Larry Bird dual-signed game-used NBA Logoman Patch Card (#1/1). This rare card from the high-end Upper Deck Exquisite Collection has a current bid of $80,000.

The top Ohtani collectibles include:

Also up for bid are the baseball’s from Ohtani’s 47th and 53rd home run balls from his historic 50/50 season. Current bids: $5,500 and $12,000.

Additional highlights include:

Michael Schumacher Race-Worn Scuderia Ferrari F1 Racing Suit. Current bid: $8,500. Seven-time F1 champion Michael Schumacher wore this OMP racing suit during his record-breaking 13th victory of the 2004 season at the Japanese Grand Prix.

Jeff Gordon Daytona 500 Dupont Fire Suit. Current bid: $4,500. Gordon wore the firesuit when he won his second Daytona 500 in 1999.

Lamine Yamal’s game-used, photo matched, signed and inscribed jersey from his first Champions League assist. Current bid: $19,000: Yamal was the youngest player in history to score an assist in a Champions League game for FC Barelona.
