The 1954 rookie Milwaukee Braves jersey of Hank Aaron received a lot of attention in the latest Heritage Auctions sale, which concluded April 22, with a sales total of nearly $3.8 million. Aaron himself said, in a Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel article, that as the jersey approached the estimated $200,000 mark, it would be more than he made for a good chunk of his carer.
