eBay Live, Onyx offering special Spring Training autograph and memorabilia experience for fans, collectors
Spring Training is a special experience for baseball fans, offering opportunities to not only see and perhaps engage with MLB’s biggest stars but to follow baseball’s top prospects.
Getting an autograph from one of those stars or hot prospects only adds to the thrill and excitement, especially if it’s on a trading card of special piece of memorabilia.
It’s a pretty exciting experience for the top prospects as well.
“It’s pretty cool to have people wanting to collect my baseball card,” Milwaukee Brewers prospect Brock Wilken said through eBay Live. “As a kid I wanted to collect cards and memorabilia from my favorite baseball players, and it’s really come full circle to be someone whose cards kids might want to collect. It’s super meaningful at the end of the day, and hopefully people continue to want my card as part of their collection. It's pretty awesome.”
eBay and Onyx Authenticated are offering a special opportunity for fans this weekend, taking them behind the scenes at Spring Training in Arizona to watch top MLB prospects like Wilken sign memorabilia on eBay Live. Fans can then purchase signed memorabilia on the streaming platform.
From March 1-3, eBay Live will have three shows per day where fans can purchase limited-edition and special inscription cards signed during the live auction.
Wilken, the Brewers’ 2023 first-round draft pick who reached Double-A in his first pro season, is participating along with Colorado Rockies first-round pick Chase Dollander, a top-100 prospect. Other top prospects participating include brothers Jackson and Jaison Chourio, Harry Ford, Drew Thorpe, Rhett Lowder and Robert Gasser.

Onyx has produced special limited-edition cards of some of MLB’s top prospects, including 2023 No. 1 draft pick Paul Skenes, Japanese star and Dodgers free-agent signee Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Jackson Chourio, who are all expected to be in the big leagues this season.
Dollander, a former Tennessee pitcher, is humbled by the opportunity to sign cards and memorabilia for fans.
“It is incredibly humbling,” he said through eBay. “I remember as a kid collecting my favorite baseball players’ cards and to have people striving to collect my baseball card, much less even having my baseball card in a pack, is very surreal.”
Wilken is looking forward to engaging with fans at Spring Training and through the eBay Live auctions.
“Being able to come out here and connect with fans on eBay Live it's pretty special,” he said. “That people want to meet me, that we can connect this way, it’s unique and I want to make it a special experience for them.”
