Philip Weiss Auctions is offing a pair of Jordan VI shoes, autographed and game-worn by Michael Jordan during the 1991 Championship Playoff Series against the Los Angeles Lakers. According to the auction house, these are the only known pair of 1991 Michael Jordan playoff shoes that have surfaced for auction.

Both sneakers are signed by Jordan in metallic silver paint pen. The shoes comes with a Letter of Authenticity from JSA for the signatures. The lot also includes two letters stating that these sneakers were purchased in 1991 at the Seagram's Coolers All-Star Basketball Classic draft party to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and that these are in fact the same sneakers worn by Jordan in the 1991 Championship series.

Unfortunately, both sneakers are in need of restoration, as the heel soles on each and some areas along the sides have crumbled and deteriorated.

The game-worn shoes were from the first three games of the 1991 Finals. According to the auction house, he changed to white shoes later in the series.
