Hobby Shop Giving Away “Gold” Ball Signed by Mays, Aaron, Griffey Jr.

Northwest Sportscards will be giving away a Golden Ticket at the Golden Ticket Event on June 23 at their local hobby store in University Place, Wash. The Golden Ticket can be redeemed for a 24k gold-infused baseball signed by baseball legends Ken Griffey Jr., Willie Mays and Hank Aaron. The ball comes from Topps and is estimated to be worth approximately $5,000.

Topps gave away 10 Golden Tickets in 2012 Topps Series 1 hobby boxes and 10 more Golden Tickets to 10 hobby stores nationwide. Northwest Sportscards was one of the lucky hobby stores to receive a Golden Ticket. Northwest Sportscards will give the ticket away to a lucky customer at the Golden Ticket Event.

To participate in the Golden Ticket Drawing, customers must purchase a 2012 Topps Baseball Hobby Box from Northwest Sportscards. With each hobby box purchased, the customer receives one drawing ticket. The Golden Ticket Drawing will be held during the local all-day event, which will be full of many great prizes, drawings, food and trivia games. Northwest Sportscards will be giving away prizes worth thousands of dollars.
