2018 Topps Gypsy Queen Baseball includes new variations

The 2018 version of Topps Gypsy Queen Baseball includes new variations, including a Jackie Robinson Day variation that features players wearing the iconic No. 42 jersey.

On March 21 Topps Gypsy Queen Baseball is scheduled to hit store shelves. This year’s edition will include several new things for collectors.

New this year is Jackie Robinson Day image variations. These cards will feature players wearing iconic “42” jerseys in tribute to the legendary Jackie Robinson. Included are on-card autograph variations.

Also new this year is Fortune Tellers Mini Autograph cards. The hit insert subset of 2017 now receives on-card autograph variations.

Pull-up Sock Auto Relics are also new, and feature low-numbered chase autographs featuring colorful sock pieces worn during the Home Run Derby.

The base set for 2018 Topps Gypsy Queen Baseball includes 300 cards. This year’s release will continue the tradition of short printed base cards, featuring retired players and all-time greats.

Base set parallels include: Missing Team Name, Indigo, Black & White, Red, and Black.

Autographs will be sprinkled in throughout the product, with two autograph cards delivered in each box. Autograph inserts include: Autograph Garments, Auto Patch Book Cards, Bases Around the League Auto Relics, Gypsy Queen Autographs, Mini Rookie Autographs, and Fortune Tellers Mini Autographs.

There will also be unannounced autograph variations.

Exclusive to hobby boxes, GQ Glassworks Box Toppers will feature individually wrapped chrome cards showcasing design work of the Gypsy Queen era. There will also be Indigo, Red, and Black parallels in addition to low-numbered autograph variations featuring on-card autographs.
