Topps Announces Plans for National Convention

The National Convention is fast approaching, slated for July 30-Aug. 3 in Cleveland. Topps has announced its plans for the event, which includes meet-=and-greets, wrapper redemption program and case breaks.

Topps will be running a number of programs at its booth this year at the National Sports Collector’s Convention in Cleveland, to be held July 30-Aug. 3. Once again, look for wrapper redemption, box redemption, Pack Wars and, for the first time, case breaks at the Topps booth.

Wrapper Redemption
As always, Topps will offer collectors exclusive cards when they open any three 2014 Topps/Bowman Packs (except Opening Day & Topps Mini Baseball) at the Topps booth. This year, there will be eight cards featured in the 2014 Allen & Ginter design. These cards are exclusive to the NSCC and available while supplies last:

o Jadeveon Clowney
o Jim Brown
o Jordan Cameron
o Derek Jeter
o Mike Trout
o Bob Feller
o Albert Belle


Exclusive Masahiro Tanaka and Jose Abreu National Sports Collectors Convention cards
Rip open a full hobby box of 2014 Allen and Ginter at the Topps booth and receive a NSCC exclusive Jose Abreu or Masahiro Tanaka card (while supplies last).

Purchase the 2014 edition of Topps Mini Baseball at the booth with boxes available for $50.

Apparel and Memorabilia
The Topps Shop team will be selling Topps apparel and memorabilia specific to the city of Cleveland!

Topps Meet-and-Greet – Thursday 8/1 at 6:30pm (Hosted by Alan Narz)
A chance for collectors to meet the people behind the products with Q&A. Alan Narz will host and facilitate games and give away special prizes. Collectors must sign up at the topps Booth. It’s first come, first serve.

Exclusive Contests and Giveaways – All show long at the Topps Booth (Hosted by Alan Narz)
