Leaf Trading Cards executives have announced the company is creating a trading card product exclusively for individuals who attend the 2012 Industry Summit in Las Vegas.

CEO Brian Gray said the as-yet-unnamed product – featuring autographs from across Leaf’s diverse sports and pop culture inventory – will be allocated on a “1-per-Summit-registrant basis.’’ Even the company’s master distributors will be limited to the same “1-per-registrant’’ allocation.

The exclusive release will be a centerpiece of the Dallas-based manufacturer’s presence at the annual industry trade conference, scheduled March 18-21 at The Orleans Hotel & Casino. Leaf will also create a Corporate Home Base display and will address attendees during the Corporate Showcase.

“We wanted to create something truly special and valuable for the retailers who, like us at Leaf Trading Cards, see significant value in an event such as the Industry Summit,’’ Gray said. “I can promise you it will be an extremely exciting product – who knows, maybe some of our competitors will even want to take their allocation.’’

Additional details on Leaf’s Summit exclusive product will be released in early February.
