SCP Auctions to Feature Game-Used Robinson Memorabilia

The National Convention is always full of treasures. This year, many auction houses are bringing in great memorabilia to display, including SCP Auctions' announcement of The Abrams Family Collection of Jackie Robinson memorabilia.

SCP Auctions has announced the sale of The Abrams Family Collection of Jackie Robinson memorabilia. Assembled by a New York area father and son, inspired by their love of baseball and admiration of the courage and character of Jackie Robinson, The Abrams Family Collection includes several highly important game-used items that until recently had been displayed in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown,

Several of the key pieces from the collection are being made available publicly for the first time as part of SCP Auctions’ Fall Premier Auction. Highlights from The Abrams Family Collection of Jackie Robinson Memorabilia will be on display at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago at the SCP Auction booth (#1013P, 1015P, 1112P, 1114P), including:

  • 1950s Brooklyn Dodgers team jacket attributed to Robinson
  • Robinson's 1955 game-used bat (World Series year)
