Collector Nick DePace has bought some hefty collectibles in his day. He bailed out the nuns in Baltimore by buying a T206 Honus Wagner card when the original buyer backed out. He owns some of the most famous costumes in cinematic history, and now he wants to display it all in a museum in Collingswood, N.J.

In all, Pace has more than 5,000 collectibles from sports memorabilia to Hollywood fare. While most of the items were in DePace's home, he is now in the process of buying a former bank building in Collingswood. N.J., to build a non-profit museum.

DePace chose Collingswood because he feels it has similar qualities to Cooperstown, and the building as suitable ammentiies, such as a vault, so house the collection. DePace, 57, is a cardiologist.

To read more about DePace and his collection, the West Depford Patch did a nice piece on him.
