Trout, Topps continue exclusive partnership

Mike Trout, the 2014 and 2016 American League MVP, and The Topps Company, the exclusive trading card partner of Major League Baseball, are proud to continue their partnership where Topps is the exclusive home of Trout’s autograph trading cards for years to come.

Trout, an outfielder with the Los Angeles Angels, won the American League Rookie of the Year award in 2012, captured MVP honors in 2014 and 2016, and finished second in MVP voting three other times – in just his first five years.

“Topps has been my home since I was drafted,” Trout said. “I’m so happy to be part of the Topps family and look forward to working with this innovative company for many years.”

Trout’s baseball cards and collectibles have been incredibly popular with baseball fans since his Bowman prospect cards released in 2009. When Trout’s rookie cards hit the market in 2011, frenzied baseball fans clamored for any cards available, making them very highly sought after collectibles.
