Goldin signs deal to auction game-used memorabilia from MLB stars Julio Rodriguez, Bobby Witt Jr.
Goldin has signed a deal with young MLB stars Julio Rodriguez and Bobby Witt Jr. to authenticate and sell their game-used memorabilia throughout their MLB careers.
The partnership is through marketing agency Octagon, which represents both Rodriguez and Witt. The program is the first of its kind for Goldin, which will help the two athletes store, authenticate, value and sell their game-used memorabilia.

Rodríguez, the 2022 AL Rookie of the Year, will be auctioning a set of game-used items through Goldin, including photo-matched and signed jerseys from his first career hit and the 2022 MLB All-Star Game, as well as photo-matched bats from his first career at-bat and first career home run. Additional items include bats, jerseys, pants, helmets and more that Rodríguez wore during his rookie season.
Proceeds of the auction, which opens on Aug. 10, will benefit each players’ philanthropic efforts: The “Julio Rodríguez No Limits Foundation” and the “Witt Family Foundation.”
“We are honored to be working with Julio and Bobby to offer the first-ever full-scale memorabilia program that is built to service them throughout their career,” Goldin Founder and CEO Ken Goldin said. “Octagon is known throughout the industry for providing best-in-class services to help their clients rise to their full potential on and off the field, and we could not be more proud to help provide a new way for these athletes to engage with their fans and build upon their brands.”
