Hawaii/Mainland Offering Limited-Time Discount

The Hawaii/Mainland Trade Conference will take place April 20-22 in Palm Harbor, Fla.A special promotion is running now for registrants, offer $100 discounts through Feb. 20.

Organizers of this year’s Hawaii Trade Conference/Mainland Edition event are offering a special promotion for registrants. With each conference registration purchased, $100 will be discounted off each additional registration. The offer is good now through Feb. 20. This year’s event takes place April 20-22 in Palm Harbor, Fla.

Because of the economic challenges facing all segments of the industry, conference organizers say this year’s event will offer a number of business-improvement topics for retailers, such as a special presentation by Internet marketing expert Tim Langlitz focusing on everything from e-mail marketing campaigns to website development and improvements, a “Best Practices” seminar offering advice on youth marketing, business diversification and more, as well as the Retailer Roundtable sessions that offer feedback from various manufacturers.

Results of a national survey of collector buying trends and preferences will also be presented by Dr. Kim Beason of the University of Mississippi.

“The major card makers and licensors are going to be on hand, so distributors and retailers will get the same kind of access to the key decision makers they’ve become accustomed to,” said Dean Listle, sports group publisher for F+W Publications.

Registration information, and a tentative schedule of events, can be found online at HawaiiTradeConference.com.
