Organizers of the first Fantasy Football Fest welcomes founding sponsor Steiner Sports to its growing list of sponsors and supporters. Through this relationship, Steiner has confirmed that Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor and Super Bowl XXV MVP Ottis Anderson will be attending the show. Fantasy Football Fest will run on Aug. 18-19, at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, N.J.

Fantasy Football Fest expects to bring more than 25,000 fans in approximately 300,000 square feet of total experience space. Activities and special events include a Draft Day party, athlete and celebrity appearances, sports video game tournaments and free-play, interactive athletic competitions, sports memorabilia, a tailgate party and beer tasting.

While the Fantasy Football Fest focuses on fantasy football, including space for leagues to conduct drafts and fantasy experts providing tips and insights to help players’ teams perform at their best, the festival is much more than just fantasy. It promises to be about every aspect of professional football except strapping on the pads in getting hit. The show features will offer something for every member of the family, in addition to an amazing weekend for the hardcore fantasy player.

“With the addition of Steiner Sports to the Fantasy Football Fest support base, we are able to present a top-notch experience by having some of the most recognizable names in football along with authentic memorabilia from players throughout the league,” said Greg Topalian, senior vice president, ReedPOP, producers of the new event. “We are also thrilled to welcome STATS, Fanduel, PSA/DNA, Tailgate Radio, Head to Head Sports, Advanced Sports Media and Hot Flips to our line-up of participating companies.

“Steiner Sports is excited to add a deep connection and experience for the fantasy sports fan at this year’s Fantasy Football Fest,” said A.J. Romeo of Steiner Sports. “We are working with the Fantasy Football Fest team to ensure that the inaugural Fest is an authentic, yet enjoyable experience for all.”
