eBay’s physical pop-up store opens to the public in New York City on Sept. 4 at 45 Grand St. from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
The celebration kicked off online on Sept. 3 with eBay’s 30 “greatest hits”—a collection of iconic fashion, collectibles, and motors pieces from the ’90s that continue to shape culture today. The collectibles, which are priced as low as 95 cents, are inspired by eBay marketplace data and curated by actress and ’90s cultural icon Sarah Michelle Gellar.
The “greatest hits” represent some of the most memorable items from the era that have captured the attention of collectors for 30 years and still top wish lists today. Highlights include:
• 1994-95 Michael Jordan autographed Bulls M&N White 45 Jersey. Thirty years after his return to basketball, Jordan still dominates sports collectibles as the most-searched athlete in eBay’s global collectibles category in 2025.
• 1993 Topps Derek Jeter Rookie card (PSA 10). According to eBay, “The Captain” garnered more than 400 searches per hour on eBay from January-June 2025.
• 1996 Topps Chrome Kobe Bryant Rookie card (PSA 9). The ’90s teen phenom still ranks among eBay’s top 10 searched athletes.
• 1999 USWNT signed Nike Jersey: A historic jersey signed by soccer legends Mia Hamm, Brandi Chastain and Michelle Akers. USWNT sales on eBay more than doubled in 2024 compared to 2022.
The seven-day online auction begins Sept. 3 and runs through Sept. 10 at ebay.com/95shop, with all proceeds benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Fans can also follow the auction live on eBay Lives Sept. 3-4.
