Topps Triple Threads Football Cards Goes High-End

Topps Triple Threads Football got a makeover from last year, going more high-end in 2012, with big hits in every box, including two autographed relic cards.

Topps Triple Threads Football will return this November after an offseason transformation that has elevated the product up the high-end spectrum.Triple Threads Football will feature new designs and card layouts, as well as exciting new autograph and relic content with improved case guarantees.

Every box, which feature two mini boxes containing a single pack, will feature two autograph relic cards:

  • An autograph triple relic card numbered to 99 or less
  • A triple relic card numbered to 36 or less
  • (new) A Triple Threads rookie autograph relic card (single relic autograph card) numbered to 99 or less
  • (new) A Triple Threads Rookie Jumbo Relic Card (single relic card) #’d to 99 or less NEW!

Every pack contains one autograph relic card:

  • A triple relic card numbered to 36 or less
  • (new) A Triple Threads rookie single autograph relic numbered to 99 or less
  • Two base parallel cards numbered to 320 or less
  • Three base cards numbered to 930 or less

OR

  • An autograph triple relic card numbered to 99 or less
  • (new) A Triple Threads rookie jumbo relic numbered to 99 or less
  • 2 base parallel cards numbered to 320 or less
  • 3 base cards numbered to 930 or less

Every 18-count case contains triple auto relic and auto relic book card:

  • A 1-of-1 autograph relic card
  • A triple autograph triple relic card numbered to 27 or less
  • (new) An autograph relic book card

The big draws are the book cards, some of which will feature Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin II paired up while other book cards will feature six of the top quarterbacks, such as Joe Montana, John Elway, Kurt Warner, Brett Favre, Steve Young and Dan Marino.

Of course, there will numerous parallel for each insert set featured, which will get progressively harder to find until you get o the White Whale parallels that are 1-of 1s.
