Topps to Produce Royal Wedding Commemorative Card Set

Topps is publishing a special series of Royal Wedding cards featuring the newest Royal Couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton. From their budding romance to their magical wedding day, this set will feature 50 high-quality cards, filled with 100 full-color photos, that will tell the story of the future King of England and his Queen-to-be.

The iconic card maker is scheduled to debut the collection on QVC April 29 at 1 p.m. (EST) during the special Royal Affair broadcast.

It's not Topps' first foray into current events. In 2008, Topps published an inaugural edition of cards chronicling the story of President Barack Obama. Over the years, the firm has offered cards based on the Operation Desert Storm military conflict, man’s first landing on the Moon in 1969 and the life of President John F. Kennedy.
