LaMarr Hoyt Jr. is latest artwork of Ronnie Joyner

Dewey LaMarr Hoyt Jr. was a right-handed pitcher who won the 1983 American League Cy Young Award with the Chicago White Sox.

He was originally drafted by the New York Yankees but was traded to the White Sox in 1977. He made the big club as a reliever in 1980 and made the starting lineup in 1982, winning his first nine decisions.

Artist Ronnie Joyner features the pitcher who had off-the-field troubles that led to an early end to his career.
