Garbage pail kids

Topps is gearing up for its 75th anniversary celebration that ill run from Dec.-Feb. 2014 by announcing a special card set and setting the stage for 75 prizes to be handed out over 75 days. More than 100 Topps sets will be featured in the new card set.
