Rare Michael Jordan autographed, game-used memorabilia to be on display, up for bid at The National
Michael Jordan will have a big presence at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago.
No, the NBA legend WILL NOT be signing autographs at the TRISTAR Autograph Pavilion. (Even TRISTAR might not be able to handle the crowd for a rare Jordan autograph session.)
Instead, Jordan fans and collectors will have access to one of the hobby’s most coveted Michael Jordan Collections at The eBay Arena on the show floor.
From July 30-Aug. 9, collectors can bid on 23 rare Jordan collectibles from Upper Deck, the exclusive provider of autographed Jordan memorabilia. The collection features iconic pieces of game-used memorabilia, signed jerseys, limited-edition sneakers, and other one-of-a-kind collectibles.

Jordan cards and collectibles continue to dominate the hobby, with his rookie cards selling for five to six figures and his game-used memorabilia consistently setting records. According to eBay, he was the most-searched athlete during each of the last 12 months on the global marketplace.
The marque item in the collection is a 1-of-1 slabbed, signed and inscribed full wax box of 1986-87 Fleer Basketball cards, likely featuring Jordan’s coveted rookie card. The 36-pack box is personally signed and inscribed “Rookie Card Box” by Jordan. It will displayed at the eBay booth during The National.
To celebrate the launch of the auction, Upper Deck will be hosting an eBay Live stream at The National on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 12:30-2 p.m., where fans can bid on an autographed Chicago Bulls home jersey, a 1996-97 Mitchell & Ness warm-up jacket, an autographed Spalding basketball, and more.
