Sportsline Distributors Celebrates 20 Years

Sunday marked the 20th anniversary of SportsLine Distributors Inc., based in Buffalo Grove, Ill. Company president Marty Faierstain and VP Bill Gausselin founded the company in 1989, selling video games out of their apartment.

“Five buildings later, and now with more than 60 employees, our business purview has changed many times,” Faierstain said. “We are proud of the card, collectible and fishing programs we have established nationally in approximately 6,000 stores. Our thanks goes out to the wonderful partnerships we have developed with our many customers and manufacturers. We look forward to another 20 years.”
