Shares of Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl Ticket card offered by Collectable
Despite a loss to the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night, Patrick Mahomes has gotten off to another strong start in his fifth NFL season.
The young quarterback’s rookie cards also continue to soar in value. Collectable is offering shares of a Mahomes 2017 Panini Contenders Super Bowl Ticket card for $5 per share. The card, a 1/1 graded BGS 9 with a 9 autograph, is considered the second-best Mahomes card in circulation behind the 2017 Panini National Treasures 1-of-1 shield, which sold in July for a record $4.3 million.
The Panini Contenders Super Bowl Ticket card was named by Beckett as the second most valuable Contenders Rookie Ticket Autograph, trailing only Tom Brady, whose Contenders card topped $3 million.
Shares of the Mahomes card can be purchased through the Collectable app. It is Collectable’s second big Mahomes offering in recent weeks. The Shield’s sister card, The Laundry Tag 1/1, IPO’d for $1.58M.
