Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler to sign autographs at National under new NIL rules

Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler will become one of the first college athletes to sign autographs under the new NIL rules for college athletes when he appears at the National Sports Collectors Convention.

TRISTAR Productions has added University of Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler to its autograph lineup for the National Sports Collectors Convention on July 28-Aug. 1.

Rattler, a contender for the 2021 Heisman Trophy, will become one of the first college athletes to be paid for signing autographs under the new Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) rules that went into affect on July 1. Rattler will sign and pose for photos at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. at 11:15 a.m. on July 31.

The fee for Rattler’s autograph will be $150 per autograph, $60 per inscription and $150 for photos.

Rattler will be part of a star-studded autograph lineup on July 31 that includes Pete Rose, David Ortiz, Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders and professional wrestling stars Hulk and Ric Flair.
