What Cards Sell Best Online? Who Beats Mickey?

An online website that tracks hot sellers in certain collecting categories has released its list of the Top 10 trending baseball cards on eBay.

WhatSellsBest.com, a website tracking top items selling on eBay, has recently added a new Top 10 list for keeping tabs on rare and often vintage baseball cards selling on eBay.

"The list is not an all-time list for the top sold prices ever. The list is intended to be a representation of market prices, for cards which have consistently climbed high on eBay over the past few years I’ve been following," said James Massey, the sites' publisher. "I’d like to be able to post an all-time top price list for eBay, but there just isnt enough data available to insure that list would be accurate.

"I’m also compiling a list of all-time top seller list (by highest prices paid), but the majority of those cards have been sold through specialty auction houses/brokers. I hope to have that list out by early next year."

Massey has created a Top 10 list, providing a snapshot of what an example of the card has sold for on eBay in the last two years. There aren't a lot of surprises here, theusual suspects, so to speak, show up.

Take it for what's it's worth: a representation of top-selling cards on eBay.
