Classic Card Set Series Lineup
In a time when cards sets are produced at a rapid and feverish pace, many collectors look back to the simpler time of vintage card sets for nostalgia and a glimpse at some of the greatest players of all time. Sports Collectors Digest is celebrating those sets with a Vintage Card Set Series that will run throughout 2009 and beyond, looking at classic baseball, football and basketball sets. We'll discuss the players of the era, the styles of the time and how the card reflected those styles.
