Upper Deck CEO available to collectors via e-mail

As a followup to his speech at last month's Hawaii Trade Conference/Mainland Edition event, Upper Deck's Richard McWilliam has created an e-mail address - CEO@upperdeck.com - whereby collectors and dealers can communicate directly with the company's founder and president. At the conference, McWilliam pledged that he would read all e-mails but only offer a response to those that offered suggestions or constructive criticisms on how the company could expand or improve its products and services.

"McWilliam will evaluate the e-mails and either personally follow up or designate someone in the company to follow up on the issues or suggestions," according to a statement from Upper Deck. "He wants to give collectors a way to provide constructive feedback, offer product ideas and suggest ways to enhance the consumer experience."
